Peanut butter lovers eat your heart out! We were amazed at how simple these were to make and they taste super DELICIOUS. It's very unlikely these will last 2 weeks so maybe put a lock on your fridge 🤣.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 cup coconut oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 cup maple syrup⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 tsp sea salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1.5 cups dried figs (stems removed)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
METHOD
- Cut figs into quarters
- Blend together the hazelnuts & figs until it starts to stick together in a food processor
- Line a 8x6 baking dish and pat the crust down firmly
- Blend together peanut butter, coconut oil, maple & sea salt and pour into the baking dish
- Place baking dish in freezer for 2 hours or until hard and cut into slices
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks
