We bake fresh four times per week, so your order will typically be processed within 1-2 Business Days. The time it takes to reach you from there will depend on where you are located, we estimate an additional 1-4 business days for capital cities, major cities and regional areas. For rural, we estimate 3-8 business days. 

We now deliver Australia wide. International coming soon!

We delivers directly to our customers via our carbon-neutral delivery partners Australia Post & Sendle.  

For capital cities or major regional areas our customers can choose between using Sendle's courier network or Australia Post.

For rural areas, we only use Australia Post 

Shipping rates vary based on cart value and location. Fees range from $0 for Capital Cities with a cart value over $60 to $13.5 for rural locations with a cart value < $60. The price will automatically be added to your shopping cart at checkout. We also offer Express Post options via Australia Post. 

Yes! Click and Collect is available from Moorabbin (3189). Simply select the pick up option during checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.

Our Gluten-Free Original Loaf, Gluten-Free Fruit Loaf, Original Bites & Fruit Bites, Gluten-Free Porridge, Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter & Nicetella are all 100% gluten-free. All other products contain oats. 

Absolutely - we love animals and our vegan friends!

A number of Stone Age Products are classified as Keto-friendly, including our Gluten-Free Original Loaf. This contains 5.6 grams of net carbs per slice.

Whilst we are yet to have our products officially certified, when analysing the ingredients and quantities included in our Gluten-Free Original Loaf and Original Bites, these products are classified as Low FODMAP according to our Dietitian.

We do our best to source as many of our ingredients as possible from certified organic suppliers (we do not hold certification). There may be some cases we are unable to source organic ingredients due to supply & price fluctuations

Once the loaf arrives, store it in the fridge in the vacuum seal bag until you are ready to eat. Once opened, anything you are not planning on consuming in the next 1-2 days, slice and freeze.

Remember, we only use natural ingredients in our products, so there are zero additives or preservatives, so a chilled environment is best.

If you leave the loaf out on the bench or in the cupboard, it will grow mould (as all natural food should!).

Absolutely! Just make sure you slice them up before freezing. They also toast perfectly from frozen.

Absolutely. All Stone Age Staples nut butters are made from all natural ingredients. So if it's been a while since you've had any (impossible I know!!), make sure you give them a good stir, as their natural nut oils may have started to rise to the top.
