Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter N-ice Cream

Preparation time: 1 minutes + 5 minutes
Serves: 2-3

This is literally the perfect Summer after dinner treat. That being said, we love it so much we have it in the middle of winter as well!! Affectionately know as Nice Cream, this yummy recipe contains all the sweet, silky smoothness you would expect from ice-cream without all the typical artificial flavours and additives. Guilt-free, but definitely not flavour free. Enjoy!  

• 2 ripe bananas (frozen)
• 1-2 tablespoons Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter (depends how much PB flavour you want!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
• 1 tablespoon Almond Milk (optional)

METHOD

1. Stick all ingredients in a food processor and... GO!
2. Will take around 5 mins to get super smooth (think soft serve)  
3. Serve with layers of Granola (optional)
4. Drizzle extra Sweet Roasted PB + Maple on the top (optional)
