Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Preparation time: 5 mins + 5 min rolling the balls
Serves: 8

Easy peasy! These bad boys will be done in a flash with only 5 ingredients, a food processor and some TLC rolling them. We love these because there's no need to overcomplicate a bliss ball with tons of ingredients. They are absolutely perfect with a hot cup of tea as a morning or afternoon snack. 


  • 1 cup dates⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 cup almond meal⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 generous tbsp of Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 tbsp of cacao powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Dash of water
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed


  1. Place the dates and almond meal in a food processor and whizz until well combined
  2. Place the date/almond meal mixture into a mixing bowl
  3. Add the Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter and cacao powder to the mixing bowl & mix until well combined
  4. Roll 1 tbsp of the mixture into a ball
  5. Place hemp seeds in a bowl and roll the ball in hemp seeds until coated
