Peanut Butter Jelly Cups

Just wiping the drool off my keyboard...hold on...

These bad boys only need 6 ingredients and YES they taste as good as they look...maybe even better! Inspired by a classic combo peanut butter and raspberry jam, these brought all kinds of childhood memories back.


3/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup cacao powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup sweet roasted peanut butter
1/4 cup raspberry chia jam or store bought raspberry jam

Peanut Butter Jelly Cups


  1. Whisk coconut oil, cacao power, maple syrup in a small mixing bowl
  2. Line a muffin pan with non-sticking paper cups
  3. Pour a small amount of chocolate mixture into the paper cups. Freeze for 10 minutes
  4. Add a dollop of peanut butter and raspberry jam over the chocolate base. 
  5. Pour over remaining chocolate mixture and sprinkle with sea salt. Freeze for 20 minutes.
