WHITE BEAN ROSEMARY DIP

WHITE BEAN ROSEMARY DIP

We have been getting pretty snacky lately...has anyone else? SO we've created a perfect little snack to go with our Bites, vegetables or lathered on loaves! 4 ingredients, vegan, gluten free, sugar free & 100% delicious.

INGREDIENTS

2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (needles removed & roughly chopped)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves sliced and peeled
1 can of cannellini beans (or any other soft white bean)
1 packet of Bites 

WHITE BEAN ROSEMARY DIP

METHOD

  1. Heat the olive oil in a small pan
  2. Add rosemary and garlic for about 5 minutes (until garlic is golden)
  3. Add beans, rosemary, garlic & oil to a food processor
  4.  Blend until smooth
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve with our Bites
