THE BEST TOFU SCRAMBLE

This is a super delicious recipe for that morning where you feel like cooking up something a bit special! Vegan and packed with protein to keep you going all day. It's even more special with a few slices of our Original Nut, Seed & Grain Loaf.

INGREDIENTS

200g firm tofu ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp tahini ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp mild curry powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp smoked paprika ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp turmeric powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp of garlic powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 tsp salt⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 loaf of Original Nut, Seed & Grain Loaf

METHOD

  1. Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a non stick pan⠀⠀
  2. Crumble the tofu and lightly cook in pan
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir until heated through (about 5 minutes)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  4. Toast 1 or 2 slices of Original Loaf and top with the scramble
