Who doesn't love a good smashed avo? We sure do! Sometimes though, we like to mix it up, you know...live on the dangerous side,  so we've created our Super Green Protein Smash. 4 ingredients, 5 minutes and jam packed full of protein to keep you powering through the day. It's the next level served with a side of our Bites and Original Loaf...unfortunately it just isn't the same without them. 


350g frozen edamame beans⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 juice of a lemon⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 cup of coriander leaves⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 packet of Stone Age Staples Bites (optional)
1 Stone Age Staples Original Nut, Seed, Grain Loaf (optional)⠀

Super Green Protein Smash


  1. Boil edamame beans for 3 minutes
  2. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until chunky (we prefer ours chunky rather than smooth)

    Serving suggestion
    Great as a dip with our Bites or generous lathered over our Original Loaf
