This Raspberry Chia Jam recipe is bursting with fibre, nutrients, and flavour - and guess what? It takes just 10 minutes to make, with only 4 simple ingredients, this easy to make jam is a total game-changer. Store it in the fridge for up to 3 months, and say goodbye to those sugar-laden, store-bought versions!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (or any other berry)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

METHOD
  1. Heat the berries in a saucepan over medium heat until they start to break down and bubble.
  2. Mash the berries with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture.
  3. Stir in the chia seeds and lemon juice.
  4. Mix in the maple syrup.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes as it thickens.
Enjoy as a spread on your favorite Stone Age loaf or with any other topping you love!
