Do you remember rice bubble slice from when they were a child? Well, here is our healthy take on them! Super simple, quick and only a little bit naughty. 100% vegan, gluten free & refined sugar free these will hit the spot every time.


2 cups Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup hemp seeds
3 cups of organic gluten free crispy rice cereal
1.5 cups of vegan choc chips1 can of full cream coconut milk


  1. Line a shallow 8 inch baking pan
  2. Mix 1.5 cups of peanut butter, maple, vanilla in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Add the hemp seeds & rice cereal
  4. Put in the baking tin and push down until flat
  5. Combine the chocolate and remaining peanut butter. Heat in the microwave until smooth (check and stir every 30 seconds)
  6. Pour over the rice cereal mixture and freeze for 1 hour until set
  7. Cut into squares, store in airtight container in the freezer
