Remember those classic rice bubble slices from childhood? We’ve given them a healthy makeover! They’re still super easy to make, quick to whip up, and just a little bit naughty. Best part? They’re 100% vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free, so you can snack away guilt-free. Trust us - these tasty treats will hit the spot every single time!

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup hemp seeds
3 cups of organic gluten free crispy rice cereal
1.5 cups of vegan choc chips

METHOD

  1. Line a shallow 8 inch baking pan
  2. Mix 1.5 cups of peanut butter, maple & vanilla in a large bowl until smooth
  3. Add the hemp seeds & rice cereal
  4. Put in the baking tin and push down until flat
  5. Combine the chocolate and remaining peanut butter in a saucepan. Heat until smooth (check and stir regularly)
  6. Pour over the rice cereal mixture and freeze for 1 hour until set
  7. Cut into squares, store in airtight container in the freezer
