Peanut butter seems unusual to add to a burger but it adds a nice nutty flavour PLUS adds more protein 🙌🏼 It has the perfect balance of flavours and the slaw adds some crunch and freshness!

Even better, it's simple & quick to make, plus it can be stored in the freezer for 3 months or the fridge for 7 days (no way it will last this long though).
