Berry Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Raspberry Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

Bliss balls are often in our fridge because you can just grab them and eat on the run. This is definitely one our favourite combos because of the tangy sweet raspberry & cranberry pop and it pairs perfectly with Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter. Make sure you freeze them for a few hours otherwise they can be a little soft.

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of dried cranberries
3/4 cup of fresh raspberries
1/4 cup Sweet Roasted Peanut Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia
5 dates

Raspberry Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

METHOD

  1. Add oats, cranberries, peanut butter, maple, dates, chia and dates to a food processor
  2. Blitz until well combine
  3. Add raspberries and blitz until a dough forms
  4. Roll into 1 tbsp balls, cover in coconut and freeze for 1 hour before eating
