Preparation time: 5 mins + 6-12 hours setting time
We are huge coconut fans so this recipe was created to get our coconut fix sorted during the warmer months. It really can't get much more simple than these, simply pop everything into a food processor and you are good to go! For those who are not coconut fans, you can substitute it for any fruit (we commend berries or mango).
INGREDIENTS2 cups of vanilla coconut yoghurt⠀
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
2. Pour into icy pole moulds⠀⠀
3. Freeze overnight or for a min or 6 hours
4. Remove from moulds and eat!⠀⠀⠀
